Spinach, kiwi and banana breakfast smoothie with fresh mint

Good morning, Sunshine! And welcome Sunday! This morning was a long lazy morning before hitting a craftsmen (couldn’t think of how else to call it) fair. A first super warm and sunny day of the year! 
No better way to start the morning with a super tasty and healthy smoothie!

Ingredients (serving 2):
* 1 banana
* 2 kiwis
* 2 small apples
* 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
* Fresh mint
* A cup of chilled green tea (or water)

I don’t grow fresh mint, but have quite a bit stocked up in my freezer. Picked a lot of wild mint last summer and decided to freeze it! Nothing can stand up to that scent.
Peel and dice the fruit and throw everything in the blender, add tea or water. Et voila! Enjoy! For a bit of acidity, squeeze a bit of fresh lemon. It is quite thick, juicy, tasty – very filling and satisfying 🙂
