- 275 g Dark chocolate
- 100-120 g Butter (Half a pack)
- 160 g Flour (6 tablespoons)
- 350 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 6 Eggs
Boil a pot of water, put a bowl on top for melting the chocolate together with the butter. In a separate bowl sift the flour, sugar and the baking powder.
Once the chocolate and butter is melted, remove the bowl off top of the pot. Using a whisk pour in the beaten eggs, sift in the “lose” ingredients and mix everything together.
In the meantime roast some nuts in the oven. Once they turn a bit golden, I take them about (takes ~ 7 – 10 minutes) and roll them between the palms so the skin comes off.
Mix the nuts into the batter and pour the batter into a prepared pan – lined with parchment paper.
Heat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. It comes out very moist. Et voila!
